I really, really, really like the user interface of the machine. Many other companies could learn from this simple concierge experience. With that said, only 1 of the 2 keys I had copied (small cabinet keys) worked. For standard Kwikset & Schlage, this works perfect. For oddball keys, the jury is out.

Amazing guys and courteous. I am completely satisfied with their service. I accidentally locked my car keys inside the car and required some immediate attention. I found them on Yelp and called them, they provided quotes, showed up on time, retrieved keys from the car. I highly recommend them and completely satisfied!

Called him, came and got all the car information. Then he left to work on the key, advised he will take 40 minutes.. took almost 3 hours and when I called him wouldn't pick up.. really bad service, at least could have called me and say he will not work on that at all.

The hours on the website are wrong, closes 3 hours earlier than it states. When attempted to question about it, the person on the phone was not only extremely rude, but screamed obscenities over me, things that I can't repeat here due to Google's policies. Scroll down and see the numerous 1 star reviews, you'll see this is a common problem with this guy...not to mention the blatent dishonesty. The customer may not always be right, but there is no excuse for the merchant to unleash uncalled for excessive profanities.

Note the owner's comments to the bad reviews. They say everything about this business. And beware reviews that are all 5 stars and 1 star. Good businesses have a mix, with few 1 stars but plenty of "good enough" customers in between. Not this one, they are perfect reviews or horrible. I paid $200-some and ended up having to get a real locksmith to fix it with better service and better price. It's a sketchy business. Go somewhere else. I gave one star because there is no zero.

Their prices were great they were supper fast no waiting. And for people who are still afraid of the covid vaccine or just haven't had theirs yet, they have a drive up window.
